New Equipment Checklist

Find your blue envelope
In box #1 of each shipment, you will find a blue manila envelope containing your shipment manifest and return labels.

Perform an equipment inventory
Using the manifest found in your blue envelope, inventory your shipment to make sure all items are accounted for. As you unpack your equipment, perform an inventory by checking items off against your shipment manifest. Inspect equipment for visible damage. Broken or missing equipment should be reported to support@saffire.com right away so we can get new devices out to you, and so that you aren't charged for equipment that was damaged during shipping.

Prepare your boxes for return shipping
Adhere your return labels (found in the blue envelope) to the outside of the boxes (covering the old labels) while unpacking to ensure they do not get misplaced. Set aside your boxes somewhere safe and dry for the duration of your event, and make sure the person who will be packing up knows where to find them.

Set up a charging station
Find a safe and secure place to charge equipment overnight. Setting up your mobile devices to charge right away ensures you will have full batteries on event day.
