Credit Card Readers

Card readers for in-person sales rely on the Magensa payment gateway having been configured on your site. When ordering all selling solutions (Kiosk, Box Office, and Mobile POS Kits) the appropriate card reader format will be sent according to the type of selling kit you are renting (Mobile POS, Kiosk, or Box Office). For questions about gateway/device compatibility, please review our Compatible Payment Gateway article or contact your Ticketing Account Manager.

Chainway scanners are available with a trigger style case, or a more minimal case with a hand strap. The trigger option has a battery in the handle to offer extended battery life during your event.

Chainway Trigger and Case (show with card reader attachment)

Zebra scanners are available with a trigger only, and are not compatible with a card reader so will be sent with no clip. The Zebra trigger has no battery in the handle, however as it is not connecting to a card reader or printer via Bluetooth this device will usually last a full day between charges.
