Discounts - Part 4: Qualifier tab

The Qualifier tab is where you will define all of the requirements that must be met in order for your customer to 'qualify' for the discount.

There are three (3) types of qualifiers for your discounts.

This feature is not activated on all sites. If you're interested in setting up ecommerce on your site, please contact Saffire Support.

Spark location: Commerce > Discounts > Add Discount

Units (Products)

You can determine how many tickets/products must be purchased before qualifying for the discount.

Subtotal

You can set a minimum Subtotal ($) amount that must be reached prior to qualify for the discount.

Products

Set specific product categories, subcategories, products, or even price types that must be purchased in order to qualify for a discount. If you are selecting a Product as your Qualifier, then you will also need to set how many Units of that particular product are required to qualify for the discount.

All / Any

If you have multiple qualifier types selected for your discount, then you will have the opportunity to select if All or Any are required.

Qualifying Products

When you add more than one qualifying product, you will have a second Any/All option. This allows you do differentiate between discount types. For example, for Buy one adult or one child ticket and get free parking you would select Any. For Buy one adult and one child ticket and get free parking you would select All.
