Discounts - Part 3: Add-on tab

The Add-on tab is where you're able to choose a product or products to be added at no charge (comped) to your customer's order when they apply a Promo Code at checkout.

This feature is not activated on all sites. If you're interested in setting up ecommerce on your site, please contact Saffire Support.

Free Add-on

Any product added-on will not be given a monetary value for the purposes of exchanges or refunds. These tickets will be printed without a dollar amount on them, and will be displayed as FREE.

1. Click the 'Add Products' button.
2. Filter down by Category, Subcategory (if applicable), & Product
3. After you've chosen which product you wish to provide as an Add-on, the page will load with all available Price Types for the Online channel that have pricing on the Product.
4. Select the specific Price Type that you wish to add-on for this Discount
5. You will then be prompted to choose how many Units your customer can add at no cost when using this discount.

Example

In the example below, the customer will have the opportunity to add both a Child Admission ticket & Fair Parking ticket to their cart when they are checking out.

When your customer applies the example promo code to their cart, they will see a popup with the opportunity to add these products to their cart at no additional cost:

If they click No Thanks on the bottom left of the popup or adjust their cart in order to meet their Qualifiers AFTER applying the Promo Code, then they will see these products appear right above the Order Summary on the Checkout page.
