Discounts - Waive Fees tab

The Waive Fees tool can be used as an easy way to create a special discount or promo that will offer no fees for a short window of time. 

Waive Fees is an optional feature when building discounts.

This feature is not activated on all sites. If you're interested in setting up ecommerce on your site, please contact Saffire Support.

Waive Fees

Choose which Fees you would like to waive as part of the discount. This will apply to ALL products on the order (not just the discounted products). When your customers apply their Promo Code at checkout, they will see all of the selected fees removed from the shopping cart.

NOTE: You cannot choose to waive product fees that are 'In-Price' as these aren't visibly labeled to your customers. In all cases, 'In-Price' fees are treated as ticket face value for discounting.

You'll notice that fees only show if they've already been built on your site and are active.

  • SaffireTix Delivery Fees
  • Non-SaffireTix Delivery Fees
  • Product Fees
  • Transaction Fees
