Ticket Availability: Spark Setup - Ask us to enable for your site!

Location to set Site Default: Commerce > Commerce Settings

After asking us to enable this for your site, you will be able to set the site default for your tickets.

On Purchase:

As soon as your customer completes the transaction, they are directed to the Ticket Landing Page that displays all purchased ticket QR Codes. From this page, they can add to mobile wallet, print, share, and transfer (if enabled).

On Date:

The specific date will need to be set for each product. After completing the transaction, your customer will receive an email with receipt, but the landing page will not display the QR Codes. Additionally, your customers will not have the ability to add to a mobile wallet or transfer those codes until the specific date.

In some cases you may sell certain products that require a delayed delivery or even no delivery for Digital Tickets (mobile wallet, landing page, and print at home tickets). In these instances, we have built a tool that you can now customize the messaging to your customers and manage when these scannable codes are accessible for your customers.

NOTE: You MUST reach out to support@saffire.com when you set a delayed date if you wish for us to resend the Access Tickets email. Your customers tickets will be accessible on the Ticket Landing Page on the set date, however there isn't an automated transactional email to inform them.

On Purchase:

Customers will have access to their purchased tickets as soon as they complete payment and check out.

On Date:

Customers will not have access to their purchased tickets until the selected delivery date. On the date you choose, your customers will be able to add the tickets to their digital wallets, view the codes on the landing page, and print the tickets at home.

No Digital Delivery:

Tickets for this product will not be available digitally. This is used for cases that you wish to fulfill these tickets via mail or in person ONLY.

  • Vet Tix
  • Sponsors
  • Media
  • Trade
  • Donations
  • etc.
Edit Payment Type to Enable for $0 Orders

In Box Office, you will be able to create your full order and then select which custom payment type is to be used using the Other button and dropdown before clicking SUMBIT to complete the order.

Using Custom Payment Type on $0 Order in Box Office

Using this method with the Payment Type: Vet Tix will allow you to leverage our integration into the Vet Tix platform while not reporting tickets as being revenue in the Sales Report and Audits. This will no longer give you clear visibility of a Donation $ amount as the reporting will show $0.00.
