Product Upsells

Offering add-on products during the checkout process is a proven method for increasing your sales.

Customer View

You have two ways of presenting upsells to your customers:

1 - As an inline section within the Checkout screen...

2 - As popup window which displays as an overlay on the Checkout screen...

The default on your site is to use the inline display option.

Turn on the Popup

You can turn on the popup in Commerce Settings, under the Online Shopping Cart Options:

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the Commerce Settings page to Save your change.

Adding Upsells

You'll find the Upselling option available when creating/editing any product. For ticketing products, look on the Sales tab.

Click 'Search/Add Upsell Products' to select the products you want to display.

You can use the search box to locate products, or select from specific categories. Once you've found what you're looking for, check the appropriate box and Add Products to continue choosing items - or use Add Products & Close if you're just choosing one.
