Laptop Not Recognizing Printer

DO NOT hit the back button in the browser (it will require you to login again and erase whatever you were in the middle of) - Instead, clear the tickets from your cart!
REMINDER: When you've reached the page shown below, the transaction has been completed and the ticket(s) have been created in the system, even if they're not printed out!
If you wish to undo the transaction, clicking the "NEW TRANSACTION" button will NOT cancel the previously completed one! If you are viewing the print preview, clicking "CANCEL" will NOT cancel the transaction either!
To completely cancel a transaction click the counterclockwise button, locate the order, and click "CANCEL."
Laptop Not Recognizing Printer
Make sure the printer is connected to the same USB port it was during setup. We recommend using tape or label to mark which USB port is for the printer. Another possible solution is to try a printer by the same name, followed by "(Copy #)" if one is available to select. If these suggestions do not solve the problem, find further help in our Printers section.
Ticket Too Large in Print Page
Make sure the destination is set to the correct printer in the upper left hand corner of the screen and that the print preview settings are correct according to your printer's setup page.
