FINAL STEP for creating/editing a general admission (GA) ticket product in SaffireTix™
The Ticket Face tab allows you to customize & preview the display of your Online, Printed & Digital tickets. This feature is not activated on all sites.
Spark location: Sales > Products > Add Product
Online Tickets
Your Online print-at-home tickets are shown in the preview based on the Template you select. You also can add a custom Ticket Note.
Box Office / Pre-Printed
Just like the Online ticket, you can select a specific Template and add a Ticket Note for the tickets you print from Box Office.
Digital Tickets
This section allows you to customize the background color of digital tickets stored in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. It's a convenient way to distinguish different products for the people doing your ticket scanning.
The background color will be applied to all price types within your product. If you need to use unique colors for each pricing type, they'll need to be created as separate products.
Full Page Template Options
Here you can customize the Full Page Template by uploading an image, adding advertiser text, and up to four sponsors. As you're adding content, you'll see that the Preview at the top of the page updates automatically.
