FAQ module

Add an expandable list on your pages. This is a great way to display common questions & answers, facts, or details which would otherwise make the page extremely long. 

You can add multiple FAQ modules to a page, so you could break your FAQ into multiple columns. If you've already created a single column FAQ and want to divide it, use the Copy tool. 

How the FAQ module displays on your website

When viewed on your website, only the question will be visible...

...until you click the question or the triangle next to it. Then the answer appears. This allows you to condense large blocks of text.

Add Category to create sections for your Q&A

Expand the category to ADD FAQ

• Add the Question
• Add the Answer
• Save

At any time, you can change the order of your categories or FAQs by grabbing the resort icon. You can also select the "..." to Edit or Deactivate a category or FAQ at any time. 

Adding Links

Need to add links within your FAQ? You can use the HTML editor to include links, lists, or any other special styling within your FAQ.

Format your link like this: <a href="https://www.yourdestinationurl.com">your link text</a>

Be sure to include all of the brackets, slashes, and quotation marks, and leave the spacing around the code the same as you would with any other text.
