Things customers need to contact support for
This is a list of things that customers must contact support for, they cannot do them on their own. There are some things on customers websites that they cannot change through their spark login and they must be completed by the support team at saffire.
Clients will not be able to:
- update the information on their website footer
- update the information on their website header
- update the items in their main navigation on their website.
- update the main logo on their website.
- update or change a payment gateway
- add new sections headings to the site map
- change the order of section headings in the site map
- set up 3DS (3D Secure) with their payment gateway.
- Set up GA4 or google analytics for their website.
- change their dns settings
- add email accounts to their saffire hosted email, add email addresses to their webmail
- add a pixel to my website header
