This feature is not auto-enabled on every portal - ask your coach to enable this feature and give you access, it only takes a second for us to "turn on!" 


Spark location: Sales > SaffireTix > Cash Deposits


To record a Cash Deposit, simply click the ADD CASH DEPOSIT button.


Select the User from the dropdown, enter in the amount you have collected, double check the time stamp, consider adding an Order #, and confirm their initial bank was $200 (we can adjust this "initial bank" number for you if necessary). 

Click SAVE & CLOSE to record the Cash Deposit


To view all Deposits for a particular user, select their name from the dropdown, and make sure you've adjusted the date range:

You can always edit the deposit if it was recorded erroneously, or even Delete it.
