Our programming team has been busy expanding the capabilities of SaffireTix® (as well as updating many other components within Saffire), so you may have some catching up to do. Here's what's new, specifically with SaffireTix®:
In early May, we released Saffire 4.1 which introduced online reserved seating capability
In early June, we added seat map previews and reduced the size of the QR code on online tickets
In mid-July, we updated the SaffireTix® app with several features:
1 - login can now be streamlined by using PIN codes. Username & password is still an option. 2 - admins have the option of setting a default location for a user, which bypasses the location selection screen when logging in 3 - products can be limited to specific gate locations. Products will default to all locations.
And in future releases, we'll be expanding the functionality of box office ticket sales, expanding the reporting, creating ticket templates, and updating the shopping cart.
