If you're familiar with our old Knowledge Base you're probably aware that it was getting a little 'rusty'. Spark, Saffire's content management system, has grown so quickly that it left the old knowledge base in its dust. Many of the articles were no longer current, so it was definitely time for an update. But rather than just cleaning off the rust, we took time to review our entire support system.
We're very excited to introduce the new Saffire Support portal. It features an expanded Knowledge Base that will continue to grow as we identify your needs; Community Forums, where we hope to 'spark' the sharing of ideas, tips and support among all of our users; and an instant chat widget. We've also expanded our Client Experience team and we've connected our support portal to both Facebook & Twitter.
Of course, you can still email the coaches or give us call during office hours, but the support portal will have answers for you 24/7. Whenever you need help, we've got your back.
