SaffireTix™ Web Box Office Troubleshooting: Laptop Not Recognizing Printer

Make sure the printer is connected to the same USB port it was during setup. We recommend using tape or label to mark which USB port is for the printer. Another possible solution is to try a printer by the same name, followed by "(Copy #)" if one is available to select.
