Take a tour of Spark

Welcome to Saffire! We are thrilled to have you 'join the family' and we're excited to introduce you to Spark - the admin side of your website and/or ticket site.

By default you landed on the Saffire U tab in Spark. Saffire U is our complete training guide for learning to use Spark. It's broken up into 8 weeks of knowledge base articles and instructional videos - and at any point in time you can always come back here to revisit the videos and articles. Plus, when you add new staff members, SaffireU will be here to help them get up-to-speed.

Click on the blue bar title of each week to expand and see all of the lessons within.

Click the grey EXPAND ALL and COLLAPSE ALL buttons to choose your view of Saffire U.

Click the WATCH IT, PRINT IT, LEARN IT, DO IT buttons for each task to learn more.

Once you've completed a task, click the grey X to mark it as complete.

Once all tasks in a week are completed you will receive that week's badge in the trophy case at the top of Saffire U!

The PULSE tab of Spark:

Your Pulse dashboard is your one-stop-shop for checking the health of your website. 

Action Required will show you what images, forms, uploads have been added to your website that you need to approve or export. Click on the tiles to perform the action.

Quick Shot Analytics will show you the current number of users on your website and what device they're viewing your site on. Most Visited Pages, Users By City and Traffic Sources will show you the previous month's analytics. (your website must be tied to a Google Analytics account in order for this information to be published on Pulse). The Site Pulse module will also show you additional website activity for the previous month. The Social and Current Homepage Main Features will show you current numbers and features. The lower four modules will show you platform wide Saffire Family statistics, recent blog posts, the Team Saffire travel calendar and links to Saffire's social media. 

The SITE MAP dashboard of Spark will be a complete replica of your website's navigation and dropdowns. More information on the Site Map dashboard can be found here > 

The EVENTS dashboard will be the complete listing of events on your schedule in date order. 

The BUSINESSES dashboard will be an alphabetical listing of all your business pages.

The SALES dashboard for Spark manages all ecommerce and SaffireTix related information. This is where you can add a new product, ticket, promo code and much more!

The  TOOLS dashboard for Spark is for managing everything that is not a page on your website: site settings, homepage features, users, header and footer links, etc. The Site Settings page itself can be modified by dragging and dropping the modules in an order that makes sense for you. You can also minimize modules that aren't important to you. The dropdown of the TOOLS menu will also provide you with quick access to manage any of these pieces. Pinned Pages is a helpful tool that allows you to select specific pages to pin to this tab that will be available on any page of Spark. You can select recently visited pages to be pinned by clicking on the grey pushpin icon when the Pinned Pages tab is open. On the Pages dashboard, you can also select pages to be pinned by clicking on the grey pushpin icon. To remove a page from Pinned Pages, click the orange pushpin.

Log out of Spark by hovering or tapping on the user icon to the right of your name and select  LOG OUT
