Discount Code Improvement: Special Characters & Code Length
Location: Commerce > Discounts > Edit
We have improved the Discounting Code tooling to allow for you to create more customizable codes by utilizing special characters. You now have more flexibility for your promotional strategies, such as creating codes for email addresses.
In addition to allowing the use of special characters in Discount Codes, we have also extended the maximum code length from 20 characters to 50 characters.
Note: Some characters may still not be allowed, you cannot create a discount code with spaces, but you can use the following standard characters: @ . - _ ! ( ) + = # $ % & / \
User Management: Last Login view & sort
Spark Location: Tools > Users > Filter to: Admin or SaffireTix
Clean up your Admins or SaffireTix Users from the list by quickly reviewing the last time any of your users logged in at a glance. When you go to the Users Dashboard, you will see this new column.
Not only is this visible on this view, you can also click on the arrows on the top to sort by Date: Ascending or Descending.
Note: This will show you any of the users logins moving forward. Past login dates may not populate if they haven't been logged in for a significant amount of time
User Management: Search by PIN
You can now search for a PIN to quickly find what user is assigned to that login credential.
When searching by PIN, only exact matches will return a result. For example, if you have a User with a PIN of "555" and a User with a PIN of "55555", searching for 555 with only display the first User.
Other Improvements
- Standard Ticket Template Naming
- We've standardized the naming structure of all standard templates to include their type (Receipt vs. Ticket), the name of the template, followed by the page/ticket stock size for easier reference when selecting your templates from Box Office, Kiosk, or Pre-printed batches.
- Sales Tax Information
- We added some help text to the Commerce Settings page to guild you where you manage which of your (in-price) product fees are meant to be taxed as well and the ticket face value. From the Commerce Settings, you can edit any of your individual Product Fees and "Apply sales tax to this fee"
