Deactivate Post-Event Products
Spark Location: Commerce > Products
Once an event has ended, we strongly encourage you to deactivate any applicable products and/or categories in your Product Dashboard. Doing so helps keep your dashboard organized and prevents customers from using outdated QR codes, which can cause confusion at entry points.
Tickets will no longer be available for printing, transferring, or adding to a digital wallet if they are associated with any of the following:
- A deactivated Category or Subcategory
- A deactivated Product
- Deactivated Codes
When any of these conditions are met, the following changes will occur on the ticket landing page:
- An INACTIVE label will appear above the price type
- The QR code will be hidden
- The text code will be partially encrypted
- Add to digital wallet options will no longer be visible
