Instagram Auth Page

When your homepage design has an Instagram feed, whether that's the multi-widget feed that includes tabs to additional social media channels, or it's a feed of images like pictured below, you must AUTHORIZE SAFFIRE access to your feed.

To Authorize Saffire, follow these steps:

1. Go to Instagram.com

2. Log Out - (especially from your personal account) by going to your Profile (click the person icon in the top left)

   

3. Next to your username, click the settings widget icon

   

4. Select Log Out on the resulting pop up

   

5. Log In (or Switch Accounts) - be sure that you are logging in as your organization, and not your personal account!

6. Now, go back to SPARK, hover over TOOLS > QUICK LINKS > and click INSTAGRAM AUTHORIZATION

   

7. Click the AUTHORIZE SAFFIRE on the resulting page in Spark, a new tab will be opened to Instagram, where you can again click the Authorize button

   

8. You can refresh your homepage to see your feed! 
9. Accidentally authorized the wrong feed? No problem! Get logged into the correct Instagram account and follow the steps above to re-authorize the correct account.
