Hexnode allows Saffire to manage all our IOS and Android devices. With control over applications, settings, and locking down phone features from being used by event staff.  

You may need to unlock the device for further troubleshooting. Contact the ticketing account manager for assistance.

Team Viewer

Team Viewer allows the Saffire team to remotely view and control SaffireTix kiosks. You may be asked to install or start Team Viewer on devices that need extra troubleshooting.
