Authorize.net - Payment Form Fields

In order for the Authorize.net integration to process transactions of any kind, be sure that nothing in the 'Required' column is checked on the Payment Form - Fields page.

You'll find that under Account > Payment Form:

Then go to Form Fields:

Please make sure nothing is checked under 'Required':
