Site Map
This is where you can add unlisted pages to your ticket portal. These are useful when you need to divide your products into sections, or need special sales pages for a custom audience - such as VIP. You can create, edit, hide and deactivate pages & links>
Commerce
Under this heading you'll find a variety of tools and functionality pertaining to ecommerce & ticketing. This is where you'll be spending most of your time in Spark, since it includes your products, reports, settings, and your actual Tickets page.
Tools
A vast number of special functions and page managers are available here. Access to your Site Settings, Forms and Users are the most valuable - but you'll also find the Privacy policy, and the Change Log.
Help
The orange button in the bottom right corner of Spark may become your best friend! This gives you fast access to Instant Answers from the Saffire Knowledge Base - and if you need some personal assistance from our support team, you can switch to the 'Ask' option at the top of the window and use chat or email. Chat will only be active when a real human is available to help.
Action Panels
You'll see these on dynamic pages, product pages, and a few other special pages throughout Spark. They appear as blue buttons on the far right side of the page.
Note: on dynamic pages the panel displays the title 'Tools' at the top - but the functionality is different from what you find under 'Tools' at the top of Spark.
The Action Panel is where you'll Save any changes you make to the page... and the rest of the functions will be unique to the type of page you're working on.
